jiliacr Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jiliacr" / "Platform" / "the Site" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at jiliacr.net, including all game sections, account management tools, payment interfaces, and customer support systems.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiliacr platform in any capacity.

• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of jiliacr is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jiliacr, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform;

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on jiliacr, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are otherwise legally permitted under applicable law to access online gaming services operated under PAGCOR licensing;
• You are accessing jiliacr in your own name, for your own account, and for lawful personal entertainment purposes;
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from jiliacr or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming operator;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of jiliacr, or a member of the immediate family of any such person, unless expressly permitted in writing by jiliacr;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law;

jiliacr reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where jiliacr has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this Section, jiliacr may suspend or terminate the account immediately and withhold any funds pending investigation, as required by PAGCOR regulations.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access jiliacr's gaming services, you must register for an account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You must also create a secure password for your jiliacr account.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active jiliacr account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

4.3 KYC Identity Verification

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator subject to Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jiliacr is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and at other points during the account lifecycle. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID
• Philippine passport
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

jiliacr may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or other supporting materials as required by PAGCOR compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as specified by jiliacr may result in account restrictions or closure.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliacr login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. jiliacr will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account using your login credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify jiliacr immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiliacr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on jiliacr are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies will not be accepted. jiliacr does not support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5.3 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits typically credit to your jiliacr account balance within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect in your account. jiliacr does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your jiliacr account must have completed KYC verification in full before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance, excluding any unconverted bonus funds subject to wagering requirements;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to platform policy;
• jiliacr reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal as required by PAGCOR AML compliance obligations;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the platform's cashier section.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jiliacr may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion. The following general principles apply to all jiliacr bonuses:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only and are subject to the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money;
• jiliacr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice;
• Multiple account holders and Players found to be abusing bonus promotions — including through coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonus funds forfeited and their accounts may be suspended;
• Real-money funds in your account are used for wagering before Bonus Funds, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise;
• Bonuses credited to your jiliacr account that remain unclaimed or unwagered for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of credit may be forfeited without notice.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on jiliacr — including slot machines, live dealer casino games, bingo, sports betting markets, and e-sabong — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or market section. The following general gaming rules apply platform-wide:

7.1 Game Fairness

Slot games and random-outcome table games on jiliacr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical game equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — operated by human dealers in real time. jiliacr does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jiliacr. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account;
• Accessing jiliacr if you are under twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using jiliacr for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine anti-money laundering law;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after using deposited funds for wagering;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jiliacr staff or other players via customer support channels or any other platform communication feature;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to jiliacr's systems, databases, or other players' accounts;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in a manner not sanctioned by jiliacr.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliacr platform — including but not limited to the jiliacr brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of jiliacr or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiliacr platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jiliacr content without prior written authorization;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jiliacr software or game content;
• Use jiliacr branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorized by jiliacr in writing;
• Create derivative works based on jiliacr content or software.

Any unauthorized use of jiliacr intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliacr's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you to jiliacr in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jiliacr shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions beyond jiliacr's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Interruption to services caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks;
• Decisions made by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that affect the availability of jiliacr's services;
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal play on the jiliacr platform — all wagers are made at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliacr's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

jiliacr collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as PAGCOR data handling requirements.

By creating a jiliacr account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and service improvement;
• jiliacr does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Your data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities as required by law;
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, subject to legal retention requirements.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your jiliacr account at any time by contacting customer support via the 24/7 live chat facility. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any pending bonus wagering conditions.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by jiliacr

jiliacr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

14. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of jiliacr following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern that dispute.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jiliacr operates under PAGCOR licensing and is subject to the regulatory oversight and dispute resolution framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. In the event of a dispute between a Player and jiliacr that cannot be resolved through jiliacr's internal customer support process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaints procedure.

For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. jiliacr's internal records — including transaction logs, game round records, account activity data, and customer support communications — shall serve as prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution process.
